Hi.

The cheapest upgrade would be a second bank of DDR RAM.
I got a bank of 512 PC 2100 for 60$ in mwave.com.
Hope it helps.

How much difference? That's always the question--- the TI 200 will be significantly faster- but I'm not sure if the speed will be noticeable with games most people play now. For instance, increasing the FPS in QIII from, say 120 to 150 FPS, is significant but you would not'see' the difference when playing the game (I bet that with your setup, there aren't any games you cannot play at a high resolution and high framerate). However, the TI 200 is an upgrade for future games as it can take advantage of DX 8 and will be fast enough for games with higher process requirements.

BTW- I just ordered a G3 TI200 from Accessmicro for $164 and it comes with the game Sacrifice.

That's such a small upgrading step, I'd wait til the price of the Ti500 comes down, or until the next 6 month cycle brings us our next item from nVidia. Like Prew said, you'll not notice the difference that Ti200 gives. You're already using a terriffic card. Why change now?

On the other hand, if you do get a new one... will that old card go up for sale? Remember... I asked first!
