UT Mods
What is your favorite UT mod and where can I download it for free? I'm kind of looking for something with realistic military/terrorist players and weapons.

Tactical Ops should fit this bill to a perfect "T". I love this game. If you've ever played Counter Strike, and you liked it, you'll love Tactical Ops.

The Tac Ops developers were recently even contracted by the US Government to write training sims for Secret Service and CIA Agents, so I think they fit the bill
 .

Thanks, I finally got it downloaded. It seems pretty good, but life is much more precious. 2 - 3 rounds, and I'm dead!

Strike Force
Ok you unreal nuts, you have got to try Strike Force. I had a blast getting started with it the other night. It is exactly what I was looking for. I just need to find the happy medium between all out mad killin' and a very slow search and destry game in the settings! That is half the fun!
BTW Tactical Ops was fun too. I need to play it some more soon too. Anybody know when we will see a version of Platoon 19 coming along? |
