i ordered Resident Evil 5 off eBay... box is in Russian..no key
it had a brief instruction on printer paper how to run... "off line" no book no "Key Code"
the case looks like a regular windows game box, except everything the back is in RUSSIAN..!! I am going to contact eBay, for what that's worth.. can anybody tell me what is going on with this, the ad said new game. i guess that meant "HOT" off the presses..

Yep, sounds like a pirated copy. If you paid using paypal, you can also try opening a dispute.

Just kidding....bummer.  Could they throw out the excuse that they never said it was in English? If it is indeed pirated I would think you have a legitimate case. I would imagine it is against Ebays terms to sell illegal items.
