the game is limited to 30 fps ,,, looks really bad
why would they do that ?

They were trying to make it playable on as many systems as possible ( There's a point of diminishing returns for doing that. ) but check out the patches for the game.
It's possible an update may improve your visuals.

funny thing i saw on national geographic channel , they said that in London because of traffic cars travel at 12 km per hour as they did 100 years ago , so its funny with man kind haw he always reach the limits
with his knowledge and have to go all the way back again to the starting
point .
