Civilization3 anyone playing?
Got this for Xmas, first time I ever really played that kind of game. I was hooked for hours. Good game.

I usually play Sports and Racing sims but I was considering getting this game because of the great feedback it's been getting.
It looks rather complicated though. How steep is the learning curve?

From what I can tell, a little steep, if you have never played this sort of game, I usually play Q3, RTCW and those kinds of games. But I am learning. I have been defeated twice in less that 3 hours. Not good. The manual is 235 pages! ouch
I am going to be patient with this, I plan an trying to keep myself occupied with the "slower" type games like this one. It is fun. |

I plan on getting this eventually. I have Civ 2 and I love that one....but getting the $40 right now is a bit difficult
