Geforce two or three?

Ready for the next dumb question? What is the difference betweeen geforce two and three? I see they both have 64 megs of memory. Is the buss speed higher in three? There seem to be some good prices floating on ebay for Geforce two.
Thank you guys for the previous help with rambus and available video memeory types.

Send a message via ICQ to RJ
The GeForce 3 is the successor of the GeForce 2, therefore it includes some improvements and new technologies that weren't included into the GeForce 2.
