Hello,
there are only two high-end-graphics manufacturers, ATI and nVidia, and their high-end graphic chips are Radeon 8500 and GeForce 3. Graphic cards with those chips can be obtained at $200 and more. RJ

well, since you really like games, i would get a GeForce 3 Ti200. i have a Gainward GF3 Ti200 (golden sample) and it's great. i had a VisionTek GeForce 2 GTS 32MB DDR that worked great with games. overclocked it worked about as well as the Ti series. playing CounterStike i never got below 100fps. if you're on a tight budget, i say get a GeForce 2 GTS or Ti, i got mine in the past for $75. If you want TV-out and a really good card that can perform about as well as a Ti 500, i'd go with the Gainward or Leadtek GeForce 3 Ti200's. i got mine for $165 at newegg.
