Radeon 7500 would be my choice. And I think it's around the same price as the Ti200s. Have received great performance from the Radeon I tested out.

i don't know about the MSI card but i currently have the pny card and i like it alot....visual quality is excellent...gives good performance...and i can overclock it very well....from 175/400 to 210/495 stable with no problems...
