How important is the memory in VGA CARDS?
Hi Guys,
I'm building a computer base DAW, but I will need it also to edit my DVcam movie before transfering it to CD. Planning to use dual monitor so my choice goes to ATI Radeon VE. I don't know what the memory does on the card, so my Q is: Do I need a card with bigger memory (i.e: 64mb) or is it enough with 32mb? I thank you guys. More video memory will allow you to work at higher resolutions and higher refresh rates. Also DDR memory is faster than SDRAM.

I agree.
64MB video card. Fast CPU. 256MB Ram. That will all help. |
