I'll admit that I am biased towards nvidia but I'd go with either of the Geforces over any Ati on the market unless you were looking for features like TV-Out etc... For pure gaming muscle, the Ge3 wins hands down.

IMO

Next will be the All In Wonder 8500DV 64MB AGP. I'm hooked to the all around features of the AIW and currently have an AIW Radeon in one machine and my original AIW Rage Pro in the second.

GeForce 3 Ti200 cause they are cheap and can be OC to the speed of a GF3 Ti500 with ease.

I would get the GF if it wasn't too pricey!

Down here the GF3 costs 400 bucks. And I just saw the Radeon 8500 at 270 bucks. As much as I want the GF I think that I'll be purchasing the Radeon instead.

Although I have a Visiontek GeForce3(no Ti, better than Ti 200?), I think the AIW Radeon 8500 would be the best simply for the AIW features.

GeForce 3 Ti 500

It's only money... and you only live once.

If you're into gaming excellence, you'll get up off the wallet. If you can't afford it, go with a GeForce 2 GTs.

I'm with cmillion, GF3 Ti 200 for price and o/c ability. Does kick out a bit of heat however so get that liquid N2 cooler patented before I do!
On the downside the new Detonator drivers are a wee bit unstable but this card and the Ti 500 are head and shoulders above anything else I've used.

If you want it for pure gaming then get the Geforce3 Ti500 (or 4). If you want it for all around everythingness (a word??) then I'd say get the AIW 8500DV 64MB.

I am (like alot of you) partial to NVIDIA, they make very good cards, but In my current situation (I have a crappy TV and do not want to buy a new one) I would go for an 8500 All in Wonder because it will alow me to watch TV, Movies, and play Super Nintendo(along with other things) all on my computer. Now I know many people prefer to have a seperate thing for each device, but I like having everyhting on one screen so I'd go wiith the ATI All in Wonder Radeon 8500.

PS. i apologize for the length of my reply

I'd take the 8500 all the way. It may not be as technically good as the TI500, but it has way more bang for your buck. Besides, every purchase of the ATI helps the Canadian economy.
