need help with video card. (what is -4ns)

I am looking at this Leadtech Geforce3 Ti-200 with 128 megs. I looked at the description and it says:
"On Board 128MB -4ns DDR Memory"]

I was wodering what the -4ns meant.

It means the memory clock cycle speed is 4 nanoseconds. It's basically a measurement of memory speed, the lower the better.
