Video card ??

Silly video card question:
When a video card is advertised as "dual display" does that mean that there are two 15pin video cable connectors on the card for two monitors?
I've seen cards advertised as dual display and the picture shown looks like it has only one 15pin connector.

It may have a splitter, or it may have 1 15pin and 1 DVI connector that can use an adapter to go to 15 pin.
