somthings wrong with my Baldurs gate
When I play it there is Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error.
it says Runtime Error! Program: C:/PROGRAM FILES\BLACK ISLE\BALDUR'S GATE\BGMAIN.exe Abnormal program termination Whats going on here? Could it because the disk is in bad shape? |

Which disk is in bad shape? Your hard drive or the game CD?
If it's your HD, I suggest you make a backup of your saved games and uninstall the game, do a Scandisk and then reinstall it. Perhaps one or some game files are corrupted. Or perhaps the game is conflicting with another SW you have installed. HTH.

Also, be sure to grab the latest patch from BG's web site.
And, if you provide us with your system specs we could diagnose the problem better. Besta luck! |

I got it working, the game disk was in bad shape, had to clean it good. Had sticky stuff on it, had to use rubbing alcohol

You know? I had to buy Baldur's Gate 2 twice since the first one had the 4th disc scratched. Returning it for a replacemente proved too much fuss so I ended up buying it again.
