Video Card option
If you guys had a choice for video card between Voodoo 3 3500TV (16MB) and Diamond Viper V770 Non-Ultra(Standard) 32MB for this mobo (TUSL2-C) and Win2k which one would you choose? Why? Also consider I will try to 0verclock P3 700E to 133Mhz. Will these cards work on Win2k? Thanks.

Hi Charles,
I am biased! I used to have a Viper V770 standard and thought it was a great card. I would always recommend it. |

Did you ever had or use a Voodoo 3? For what I read and hear the Voodoo 3500 will be better gaming on 16 bit yet the Viper is a better overcloaker with the proper cooling and will work on all OS with the NVidia drivers.

Grab the Viper without thinking twice. The voodoos don't support 32 bit color depth.
I really loved my old Viper card. |

The card with most mem gets my vote. Save the voodoo for a little server project in the future.

my gawd
with ge force 4 s below 300 dollars aussie why consider a voodoo especially when there is no backup left. voodoo 3 suks major geforce 2 good radeon a dream. Any older system with basic agp will run a geforce 2 my sys P2 266 (@300) gigabyte LX geforce 2 400MX (did have 1GB but the inlaws needed a computer.) 256mb Runs like a dream but could use a few extra polygons.
