Win XP does not support 3dfx cards. It was released after 3dfx went out of business. Try voodoofiles.com for drivers. Also, 3dfx cards don't do open GL too well. They were built to use Glide. I know they have a gl driver but its pretty buggy (minigl its called).

I`ve tried to reinstall windows, all drivers, directX ... I`ve been even on OpenGL site ("OpenGL Setup" does not helps to)... I don`t know what to do. |

Go to display properties (in control panel or right click desktop) and click the Settings tab. Then click the Advanced button, and then the TNT tab. What version drivers do you have?
