Today's Games
Which games have you been playing TODAY (inc demos) and how would you rate them as a percentage?
Me: Nascar 2002 Demo: 78% Liked the demo but don't think I would buy the full game unless I was a fan of the sport. Global Operations: 79% CS anyone? Hidden and Dangerous Deluxe: 82% more if it didn't keep crashing THPS3: Entertaining as far as it goes but ultimately hits a brick wall(metaphorically). Your call |

Nascar 2002 is a game for die hard race fans. You can race it in arcade mode but unless you are really into racing Nascar style tracks, I would not suggest buying it, but if you are its a really good simulation of Nascar racing . It does require a high end video card to make it run smooth. Another racing game that is IMHO a more playable game is Nascar Heat. It is a bit more drivable for the average user and the graphics and the realism is still top notch.

Super Smash Brothers Melee!!! Long live the cube... As far as PC games... Nothing much lately besides the usual C-S.

MOH looks interesting, never got around to giving it a try... I think I'll pick up Jedi Knight 2 soon though.

C&C Yuri's Revenge and the new Renegade are unbelievable.
A cool game that I picked up in the bargain bin and thought was worth the money was In Cold Blood. |

Hey Wolfie I'm playin dungeon siege too. Do you know if there's a way to drop characters when you max out at eight? I made the mistake of picking up three mules, I tried killing of characters, and mules but the game still doesn't allow me to pick up another character.

mechwarrior 4:vengeance - 88% - sweet sim/fps game with a bit of strategy mixed into it plus sweet multiplayer mode
flight simulator 2000 - 95% - waiting until whatever comes after the 2002 version, but even 2k is sweet, graphics, plausibility, control, etc civilization 3 - 90% - sweet turn based strategy game, just a little monotonous sometimes age of empires 2, the conquerers expansion - 92% - sweet fast paced strategy game with good graphics and cool gameplay i'm fervently looking for a good multiplayer fps with up to date graphics (recently released), anyways, there's my contribution... josh |

Now if you really like racing, and motorcycles, better yet dirt bikes and realism, grab yourself a high end video card if you don't have one already, a good gamepad (my preference Microsofts Wingman) and buy "Motorcross Madness 2".

If you can afford it MS Force Feedback sticks are the best on the market IMO. If you get serious later you can buy a yoke and pedals! May be a bit laid back for a racing sim freak Maybe Mil FS's will be more up your street.
