Half Life Blue Shift Cheats Don't Work
Hi All,
Just picked up Blue Shift from the bargin bin for $9. I searched the Web for tips to get the cheat codes to work, and can't find a thing that works. I've patched to v 1.0.0.1 (the only patch I could find). Any help will be appreciated!! TwoRails |

Did you try the original half-life cheats?
Any way, the game is very easy, why do you want to cheat? |

Hi aym_7,
Ya, tried the original cheats. I do not get any error messages, like "command / verb not recognized" but nothing happens! Why do I need them? Well, the truth hurts, but I'm not that good a player... I'll go as far as I can without cheats, then I'm out of health and ammo. I hate having to restart because for me it takes the fun out of it. I just admit defeat, pull up the last save, give myself some health and ammo and go for it again! That's one reason I still like playing Doom II. I have about 1000 maps, crank the monsters up full blast, and go to town. I die a lot, but I don't have to start over. (I don't like memorizing the maps by having to play them a dozen times at one setting just to get thru) Please say you can help!! TIA TwoRails PS: I run -console and enter in sv_cheats 1 before starting. Also tried the -dev switch. |
