GeForce4 Ti4600

My new system will be finished next week, a 1.8 P4 with Windows XP and a 128MB GeForce4 Ti4600 and 512MB RDRAM, and a Altec Lansing 5 speaker suround sound system on a SB Audigy Audio card.

Are there any known issues or surprised I should be aware of?

My gaming is almost exclusively Nascar N2002 on line racing and I have a cable connection.

From what I have heard, this puppy should sing pretty well.

$50.00 game, $2,000 to make it run. Where is my sanity.

Geforce4 ti4600 is the way to go. I have one and I am finally satisfied with the way my games look.
As far as your sanity, it's probably somewhere next to mine.
1.6a P4 with 512cache, windows xp pro with same card and 512 rdram, sblive5.1 and 3 different sets of speakers. 2 sets of three and 1 set of 5.

Btw, I could have probably built that same system for about 1500.

I must be really insane then cause I got my card on my new Dell with a gig of ram, a DVD+RW burner, 19" Flat screen and 2.4 gig processer for many bucks, but its in my blood too...The system is awesome, has the TB card with the Altec Lansing AD994s. DVD is crystal clear on the GForce 4 and the games are beautiful and full of detail. Best thing I ever did...happy puting
