Just got this card two days ago. It has an S-Video, 4-pin DIN TV out connector (female) on it. My TV doesn't support S-Video. Guillemot supplied a male DIN/female Composite (RCA) adapter with the card. Problem is, the male DIN connector on the adapter has 7 pins, not 4.
I can get a 4-pin DIN male plug at Radio Shack and solder up my own adapter. But, I need to know the schematic of a standard 4-pin DIN S-Video connector so I can seperate audio from video. Anybody have this info? Thanks, Steve [This message has been edited by Sgsteve (edited 06-24-2000).] [This message has been edited by Sgsteve (edited 06-24-2000).] [This message has been edited by Sgsteve (edited 06-24-2000).] [This message has been edited by Sgsteve (edited 06-24-2000).] |

Just bought the same video card-- don't know the answer to your question; however, if you have not already done so-- I suggest you visit the Hercules site-- there is a list of changes to the Mobo settings to optimize the card's performance-- I found that these new setting signficantly increased my FPS in 3d games.
