how small could I set my virtual memory

Windows XP Pro,
1.6a P4
60gig IBM 7200hd
chaintech geforce4 ti4600 with 128ddr
24Xcdrw
intel D850mv motherboard
How small do you think I could set virtual memory without a decrease in performance. As is it's set at 768mb min and 1.5 gig max by default.
I run Bryce 4, Adope photoshop, Paintshop pro 7and lots o games.

Hi Werewolfdaddy,

Windows handles memory much better now than it used to, so messing with the virtual memory settings really doesn't increase performance. As long as you have an good amount of RAM in your system (512MB or more), you shouldn't be going to the swapfile all that much (that's the performance hit you want to avoid as the hard drive is much slower than actual RAM). I'd leave it at the default settings.
