hello, i am not sure i am at the correct place to post this so i may post it 2x.
here is the problem: bought a new game:Janes wwll FIGHTERS, i like it. but it has to run in 800x600 res. i do not have 800x600. i have a Pent 233MMX, 64MBRAM, VOODOO3 200PCI,
and enough free space top run the game.
the res goes from 640x400 to 960x720.
is there any way i can get around the res problem? Or somehow get my pc to run with that display resolution? Could new drivers makle that change?
peace be with you, and thanks

Try installing the latest drivers and then come back and tell us if it fixed the problem.

There is a set of drivers floating around that does not have 800x600 resolution. Version 1.0 came with my computer. A friend bought one that came with 1.1, so I installed them. This problem came up, so I simply reinstalled the old drivers. That may sound crazy, but you actually want to go back to 1.0 to fix this problem. Check 3dfx' site though. There may be new ones out by now.
