No IRQ? Hmmmmm - PCMech Forums

Xayd Member (13 bit) Join Date: Jun 2000 Location: nowhere.com Posts: 4,819	I had trouble with my network card wanting to share an IRQ with my Voodoo 3000 when I got DSL working, and didn't notice that it was sharing until I saw a few blue screens a couple of days ago. I had everything on its own IRQ before then, so PCI steering was still enabled. However, when I disabled PCI steering, the Voodoo shows as having no IRQ in the device manager in Win98FE. I was under the assumption that these cards needed an IRQ to operate normally, but everything seems to work fine now? Xayd Share Share this post on Digg Del.icio.us Technorati Twitter
