Thanks tiretool. Auction not my cup of tea. In fact, don't like buying over internet, either. I know I could save $$$, but want a person, face-to-face in case anything goes wrong.

My present computer has 64mb edo ram, 8mb ATI videocard ram, P150 cpu (yuck). Keep getting out of memory message when trying to do special effects. Want to build new computer with P3 733@133, should I go with 128mb sdram @133 or 256mb? Will a 32mb NVIDIA GEforce AGP card be enough? Limited $$$. Haven't quite figured my budget yet, but must be able to work with photos. Could use advice on MOBO, and sound card that won't conflict with everything else. Probably a Maxtor 30gb ata 100@7200rpm. Could use any help I can get.

Lots of graphics programs require lots of memory. Go with 256 PC 133 memory. Try bidding for some on ebay or Ubid. ASUS or Abit make good mobos for speedy systems. Sound Blaster Live is a good solid performer. A 32 Meg GeForce card should be right on time. Go with the DDR version.
