I bought this MB and UT it complete crap!! very lpw fps i thought gaming would be better because i had a crappier MB ive installed via 4in1 drviers latest ive tries the 23.11 dets and the latest no affect plz help

I have an Abit KT7 (if thats what you're talking about) with a Tbird 800 and it works fine. Changing Mobo's usually isn't the best upgrade path to increase framerates.

Well maybe use the LATEST Detonator drivers, 28.23 or something like that. It starts with 28, use those. I agree, if you want to increase frame rates upgrade your CPU or your video card. Only upgrade your motherboard if it will have new features like USB 2.0 or RAID that you want.

Ive got an kt7a-raid and I get great fps. Its probable because I have a 1.2 gig t-bird, 512 megs of ram, and a ati radeon 4x agp vid card. Not because I have a kt7a mobo
