When I try to start Q 3 I get the following message: User Interface is version 4, expected 3.
This occurred when I replaced my video card with a TNT2 based card. Thanks |

Flag, try to (re)install the newest point release for QIII. I think it is 1.17 or somehting. You can get it at http://www.quake3arena.com. hope this helps.

Those downloads were probably not needed. Sometimes old shortcuts, (like the one on the disk) will act like this. I would just find a shortcut that works, or make one.
