Rotoscoping software, e.g. "Waking Life"

After watching the movie "Waking Life" on DVD about 6 times in the past 4 days, I have decided that i really need to create imagry like this as well. (for those not familair, this is a movie written & directed by Richard Linklatter of "slacker" and "dazed & confused" fame, which is entirely animated using a technique of drawing over DV video called 'rotoscoping')

Now, the films creators used proprietary software to animate the flim called "Rotoshop" that was created by art director Bob Sabiston. Well, after some inquiry, apprently the software is not going to be made publically available anytime soon. So, after doing some snooping, i have found 3 other products that appear to be somewhat similar to rotoshop, namely Pinnacle's Commotion , Synthetik's Studio Artist and discreet's combustion

Was just curious if anyone has any other suggestions other than these?
