I meant VIA chipset, but ne ways I did some more trouble shooting last night and found this out:

It isn't the video card or the stick.

I believe now that it is a heat issue because I took off the side panel of my computer and pulled out the ram and modem. I tested the ram sticks one at a time in all possible combinations with the side off and the modem out. I played the game for a while and no error. This doesn't mean that the errors are completely solved it just means that I've yet to incure any. I'm going to try to get the modem back in and check that out. I have yet to download the patch. I am trying to move things away from my graphics card also.

I'm getting a rear case fan and some compound and I hope that this help. Are there ne case mods I sould do to help cool my system?

I will report back with my finding after I try my modem and such.
