What's Everyone Playing?
Sitting here, wondering what everyone has been playing lately. I haven't been doing too much on the PC gaming wise lately, aside from the usual C-S.... What I have been playing though, is the Gamecube version of Resident Evil. This has gotta be my favorite game this year, it is a joy to experiance after playing the original back in 95. I'd urge anyone with a GC to check it out.... Actually, I think I'm about to go play a little midnight RE with the lights off (it's creepy) So, what are you guys playing?

I picked up Sacrifice again. Multiplayer is still kinda broken (they never supported it
), but the single player missions are fun. Also finally got around to playing Alice all the way through. I've sold off my DAoC account but still playing one character on my brother's account, although not as heavily. Patiently awaiting UT2 and/or Asheron's Call 2 to come along .

Tribes1 and 2, outstanding grafix in 2. Can't seem to quit.
The wwii fighter games are cool too. Oh yeah, Q3. I hear there is a game called WOLFIE44 coming soon. It is about packaging and shipping vast amounts of MSG as fast as you can! Before the wampus cat gets ya that is. Ok so I made that up. |

CS of course. Finished Dungeon Siege. Started playing Trophy Bass 4 just for something different.
Would play UT but it crashes out, and I'm not a patient person when it comes to tweaking games. I wanna just through them in there and play. Any other FPS's are cool with me too. |

Hey Xayd
What did you think of Alice? I haven't played it but I remember it got very positive reviews - even tho the reviewers couldn't work out who was going to buy it. The graphics looked sumptious - what's the gameplay like - a lot of platforming/puzzle solving mixed with some combat? Last edited by mike breck; 05-21-2002 at 05:34 PM. |

Yeah mike, it's a third person game (like Rune, Diablo, etc.). Kindof a cross between a shooter and a single player RPG. Lots of little puzzles and strange weapons you have to use to kill strange creatures.
The graphics and setting are some of the best I've ever seen, easily. There's no multiplayer but if you're into single player RPG/Shooter games it's a must have. |
