Freezing Problems

Ok, i have a Geforce3 Ti 500 card from visiontek (Xtasy 6964)
384MB of PC2100 DDR RAM (512 more coming in the mail - will replace a 128 to give me 768)
1.2ghz Athlon
Gigabyte GA-7DX-C Motherboard
Running Win-XP pro

OK>>> now, i've had this computer for like a year now, and done a few upgrades and it's run fine up until recently

the Motherboard doesn't support the full PC2100 atm, so it only runs at 1600 i believe (which is supported) i dunno if that makes a difference, i'm just trying to give as much info as possible) I plan to get a new motherboard soon though.

Now, lately when i've been playing games, they freeze up, sit for a minute, then my computer reboots.
It's SO EXTREMELY ANNOYING that i want to explode heh, i've tried reinstalling drivers, going back to the older ones, shutting down different programs before playing, updating BIOS, etc. nothing helps!!

I'm using the 28.32's and i've had this same freezing problem (well close to the same) before, but it seemed to just go away then.. and i want to know what's wrong

After it relogs it says something about "your video card seems to be causing the system instability" and points me to a log file...

now this is what the log file contains:
