Hi, I am looking for a good PCI video card. What are the best ones out there and what are some suggestions on choosing one? (So far I have heard not to go for a 64MB card since PCI is too slow for this). Thanks.

The only two half-recent PCI video cards are the Voodoo5 (rare) and the original 32 meg Radeon.

I'll second that. I have a wholesaler that I can still get the PCI VooDoo 5500 from. I would resale them at about $199CDN, so they're still out there.

Hi lightir,
The fatest PCI video card is currently the GeForce4 MX by PNY. A search on PriceWatch should bring up a few places selling them. |
