Howdy.
If one gets 33.5 fps (average, the final score) in Game 4, and one has tried every mem and cpu and pci and video setting with no change at all, would this indicate that the bottleneck is in the video card? Makes no diff if the mem is at default or CAS2, fast cpu decode on or off, and everything as tight as it can get, no change at all. Just wanted some ideas. Thanks

This is the nature scene isn't it? if so, I have gotten up to 38 fps on it, but like you say, never changes no matter what i do.

Yep, nature.
I mean the score after it is all done, the average it gives you. I have seen 50 at certain points in bench but the ave. stays the same... |

Have you messed with any settings for video, such as fast mipmap or anything? Are you running with antialiasing and FSAA turned on? These are a performance killer so turn them off. Fastmipmap is a way to speed things up but it can make video stuttery. This may get your fps a little higher.
