I mostly like action/rpg/adventure games.

Have you thought about games like Silent Hill 2, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Warlords: Onimusha, Fatal Frame, Ring of Red, Grandia 2, Dark Cloud, Summoner. Also there are alot of good PS1 games that you could probably get for cheap.

If you like Football, and are already getting NCAA, go for Madden 2003 as well. You can draft your your players out of NCAA into the pros. That's why I still play both 2002 versions... I'm on like my 5th season in both.

Also, Gran Turismo... awesome!!!

Dues Ex, The graphics aren't that great (still very good) but the game play is excellent. The longest FPS i've ever played. And the game is different depending on the choices you make.

My collection:

Final Fantasy X
Twisted Metal Black
Dues Ex
Madden 2002
NCAA 2002
Nascar 2002
Metal Gear Solid 2
Gran Turismo 3
Hot Shots Golf 3
SSX Tricky
SSX
Max Payne
Silent Hill 2

Got Test-drive off-road wide open (I like racing games, but the most I have are for PS1),
Gran Turismo 3,
Metal Gear Solid 2(but the plot is apparently identical to he Metal Gear Solid, they even tell you at the end it was the same plot...),
and Eternal Ring(accidental purchase, really sucks).

Just got my PS2 about 4 days ago so the only games I can vouch for are GT3 and Test Drive; both really good so far. I've seen several reviews that have been really good for SSX, SSX Tricky, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3. All got either a 9 or 10 in the reviews I've read. There's a 4-wheeler racing game that's supposed to be pretty good too, but I can't recall the name right now...sorry.

I might get Test Drive.... (It looks cool.. might buy it)about how cars are in it?? Like can you give me an over all feel for teh game?? Street racing... is its depth good?? Because I rented burnout thinking tid be good, ti was for 30 minutes, but then I realized there was nothing more to it. MOHF is good so far. I got off the landing craft by being blasted off and I was under water for a second, the effects were pretty ncie the bullets whzizzing through the water and seeing a guy get shot in the leg. Just finnish D-Day so far pretty good game.

whr2206 > Test Drive is pretty cool. I've played it quite a bit today and gotten quite a few cars. You have the quick race and single race options, as always, but the main story centers around a group of, for lack of a better word, "rebel" racers that race their hopped up/exotic cars through the streets of major cities while trying to avoid traffic and cops (damn they're annoying). Basically, a rich guy got hurt driving in one of these races and you are hired to take his place so he doesn't loose alot of $$$ by not racing. So far the only places I've been through are San Francisco and Tokyo...gonna start London next. For the cars there are some pretty cool ones; you got your oldies like about a '68 Mustang, Camaro, Corvette L88, a Dodge Charger, Hemi Cuda and my fave the Shelby Cobra . Then for the fancy ones you have like a Lotus Esprit & Elise, Jaguar XK8, Shelby Series 1, Viper, Skyline GTR and so forth. These are just a few...don't know how many there are total. Each section has like 10 races in a given area (like Tokyo) and usually one of the races is a drag race where you have to beat all the other racers to advance. Nice game, good handling and graphics. Overall, I'd recommend it from what I've played so far. HTH

If you ever want a really fun 2 player co-op puzzle game, get Cookie & Cream. It was a cheap game that was tons of fun. One of the best parts was a water level where you had control of one paddle of the boat and your partner had control of the other paddle. Me and my brother laughed so hard I thought I was gonna explode, lol.
