'Tv Out' question

On a video card, does 'video out' mean it has a tv tuner on the card? How is it set up to see tv??
Thanks,
doug

Hi Doug,

Video out means that you can connect your video card to a TV, so your TV is like a monitor. To watch TV on your computer you need a special TV tuner card. Hope that helps.

Some video cards, like the ATi All-in-Wonder series, have TV tuner and video capture integrated. But most of the cards only have TV Out.
