problems playing dvd on tv
I have a pioneer 106s slot load dvd drive and a gainward geforce3 ti200 vid card, if i hook up the line out to tv, i get a great picture, except there is this slow moving highlighted area, kinda shaded, but brighter than the rest of the screen. It has probably 5-10% coverage, and scrolls down the screen. probably once every 5 seconds. Rather annoying i must say. Is there a way to make this go away, or does everyone have this problem. Could it be the rca cable that i'm using? Thanx
