picture background
I was thinking about trying to make my menu-bars and message boxes(the *backgrounds* in the individual windows) display a picture instead of a solid color. Is this possbile?

Ya know... I used to know of a site that had a little utility that did that... I don't recall being able to do it otherwise.

I really loved HotBar, until they updated the utility and I started receiving lots of spam, that is.

I think hotbar is spyware, try www.windowblinds.net instead.
