Pissed Games Crash On Installation

My SPecs:

P3 700
WIndows ME
384 Ram
20 Gb HD
27 GB HD
C-Media Audio Mixer
Verto TNT2-m64 32MB SDRAM PCI GFX Card!

My problem is when I Try to Install any Game or Program about 5 minutes in to the installation Process I the System Crashes or It goes into a Black screen with green bars on top.......
This happens on JK2 MOH AA RTCW AVP 1 and 2 and all of my games.......
Ive Reformatted 3 times already to remedy the problem and still no New results Im am asking for any help to fix this ASAP.
Please Help...........

What motherboard are you using?

Is this a new prob? Or did the games once work on this system? If they never worked, I'm thinking one possible problem might be the drivers, esp. for the graphics card.

This is a New Problem and It started when i Used My New Video Card........

Here is my Motherboard......

I'd say, judging by the product tag, that you have a PCChips motherboard, which is bottom-of-the-barrel as far as quality goes. That is probably the source of your problems. Try updating video driver though.

do you know where I can get any updated Bios or divers for the motherboard?

Ive updated to the lates Drivers and on any game installation i Get the same F'n Black screen with green bars on top...........

I have to be brutally honest - the right way to update that motherboard is to replace it with a quality brand. Trying to keep a PC Chips integrated board stable is almost impossible.

Have you installed the mobo drivers from the CD and DX after each format and installation?

I dont really know where are the MB drivers are........

Whats worse now.............XP and 2000 Bitch by giving me Stop screens and cant copy *****.dll,VxD etc Etc Etc.
Usally before They can be installed with No problems...........

Those kinds of errors usually indicated bad RAM. Try swapping out your sticks and see if the problem goes away.
