Jedi Knight II Problems
Hey guys,
I just got a copy of Jedi Knight II for myself, and I cannot get the game to recognize that the CD is in the drive. I put the CD in my main drive, and the screen loads that lets me choose "Single Player" and "Multiplayer". I click on single player for example, then I click new, and it goes to the starting screen, then it says" "Error: Game CD not in tray" or something along those lines. I have installed the game correctly and have all the latest drivers. The wierd thing is that when I go under multiplayer, and then I hit "play demo", I can play that demo fine, which is loaded from the CD I believe. This is my main system specs: PIII 600 640mb RAM Geforce 3 Ti200 (for free )Anyone have any idea of what the problem could be? |

When you say you got a copy is it a burn or a retail copy? Sounds like the copy protection is doing its job by preventing copies from working.

That game copies well and that shouldn't be the problem.
You may want to clean the cd and make sure it's in the cdrom that you installed from, make sure the path to the cdrom is correct. |
