Remember Contra??? U have to see this
If any of you are old enough to remember "mall arcades", playing pac-man, waiting in line for Dragon's lair, and the quirky noises and joystick "rumble" of Q-bert, take a look at this:
Contra I watched the whole thing, pretty cool.

Wow, this guy has some skill. I always had to do the good 'ole "Up, Down, Up, Down..." at the beginning to get 30 lives just to beat the game. I could never do it with just 3. Can't wait till he comes out with more vids.

Whoa, cool vid, I just played through that game last week! Although not without the aid of up up down down left right left right b a start.

I was just looking at my books of video games and I've got Contra on Playstation. So I tried watching that video and seeing just how he did it. End Result.....

IIRC that would be "up up down down left right left right b a select start".

That is awesome, I for one would really like to see some time trials run on either mario bros, or tetris. Man would that bring back some memories.

Watching the vid, I remember how hard it was just trying to complete the first stage! And he completed the game without dying? Holy Cow!
My favorite Nintendo game was Ninja Guiden(sp?). Even with my Game Genie i could never finish that game.(which made me sooooooo mad). And of course I had Bubble Bobble, Pac-Man, Baseball, Galaga, all the Mario Bros., Solstice, Donkey Kong Jr., Castlevania series, Kung Fu, Wizards and Warrior's... to name a few of the good ones.
