Older game installs
When installing some older games, generally those dated back to win95, on a newer win98 - win2k machine they will not let me change the install location. A box pops up for an alternate path than the suggested one but if I type something it I always get "invalid path".
I like to install games in C:/program files/games/.... There seems to exist a problem with spaces and such. Anyway around this without making a jumbled up C:/ folder with old games? Thanks.

I would say the best solution is to keep games on a separate partition so they don't clutter up C: Drive. I've not had any problems installing old DOS or Windows games to the root drive of a separate partition.

Thanks - Ok, well I was hoping for a solution within the same partition but I guess it is not going to happen.
