which one ?
All i have left for my computer that i'm building is the graphics card.(and sound card) I will probly be using this computer for gaming. I've been looking at the Geforce3 Ti200 and Geforce3 Ti500. Should it make a difference that i should spend the extra $20 on the 500? or is there a better card i should get?

If you want a really good card, get a GeForce4 Ti4200.

You can get cards with either 64MB or 128MB of DDR memory.

They are all going to perform about the same, since they are all GF4 Ti 4200s. Theyll have the same core/memory speeds. Out of those choices go with the MSI. Good brands for video cards include Visiontek, Leadtek, MSI, Gainward, Evga, Asus and Abit.
The 64meg version will perform excellently if your looking to save a few dollars. If you dont plan on upgrading for awhile , which you shouldnt need to, go ahead and get the 128. HTH
