VCD's on the PS1
I wanted to know if there's any mod out there that can let you play Video CD's over your Playstation.

actually there is one but vcd arent in big demand in the states of europe. mostly in china, taiwan and japan. but the video quality is less the vhs which sucks. so i wouldn't recomend it. but if you want one... the playstation movie card is good, but you need the older version. heres a link it towards the bottom of the page.

Actually I don't feel like getting a VCD mod, since the quality's horrible and I would probably need a several CD's to burn a movie.
