Matrox Parhelia Retail vs. OEM

I looked at the descriptions and the photos at Newegg. The retail version comes in the box and has a manual ... and is $27 more. The model #s are different, but there's no mention of warranty for either.

Is there some other reason why the retail version costs more?

**EDIT ** I checked the Matrox site and there are some software titles bundled with the retail version.

If the titles interest you go for the retail version. If they don't buy the OEM.

Be sure to check out the warranty for both. Better safe then sorry.
