Grand Theft Auto Vice City this october!

It's been almost a year since GTA III has come out, and I can't wait for vice city. Its supposed to be a whole new game, not a sequel or a prequel. And its basically GTA III times 3. The map is 2 times the size as GTA 3 and its all opne form the start to make it seem more realistic. 9 hours of radio this time, and rumors that Lazzlo will indeed be back!! 40 weapons instead of the 15 in GTA 3. 150 cars only 50 in GTA 3. Ive heard rumors that you can go inside alot more buildings.... There will eb an all new Pizza delivery mission along wihtt eh rest of the side missions like the taxicab,ambulance,vigilante etc. The theme is Miami 1980's. The gangs are more interactive, they will get in fights, persue civilians, and get in tangles with the cops. the texturing will eb better and the graphics are polish up fomr the previous version. 80's sports cars and typicla theming in teh 80's will also be found in this game. I just cant wait till October for its arrival!!

i never splurged for GTA3 although i was a fan of GTA2 i didn't purchase cause of all of the horror stories i've heard about the game being quite incompatible...lets hope this new version has all the bugs worked out

Well, I'm depressed that it's not coming to the pc anytime soon. I refuse to buy a console for just one game. (and I'd prefer to play using pc controls, which worked out great in GTA 3).

oh man!!! Just ONE game? geez Playstation 2 has soo many titles taht are WORTH getting... If you ahve the 200 bucks and you are a gamer, go for it! here we got these games I ahve and like:

NCAA 2003 (best college football game out there)
Metal Gear Solid Sons Of LIberty (one of the best games I ahve ever played, its got amazing cutscenes detail, and the AI is awsome. It's a great action game, if you have ps2 get it)
Final Fantasy X ( great RPG , not to mention its depth and how long it is... I like it alot)
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 and soon4 ( if you like to skateboard, this si for you, lots of tricks, smoth graphics and character mdoels... the levels are pretty big.... and thps 4 is supposed to be alot mroe in depth where people challenge you and you get money to buy boards grip tape etc.)
GTA III and soon Vice City ( this alone almsot made me get the ps2, gta 3 for ps2 doesnt ahve hardware issues of course and runs smoothly, teh framrates aretn that bad either... some muddy textures and blocky graphics but tehg ameplay is awsome, and your sense of freedom.... you can do pretyt much whatever you feel... kill whoever, steal any car etc. eveyrone should have this game.) ( And for Vice city its basically gta3 times 3 3 tiems the amount of music, cars, weapons, land..... its got an 80's miami type vibe... and is jsut better that gta3 in all aspects)
Medal of honor frontline..... ( for those who liekd allied assault, this game is nice as well........ teh controls are a bit tough, but I liekd the missions in it better than AA)
gran Turismo 3 (i know sega gt 2002 is out now, but this is one of teh best Simulationr acers EVER its TWENTY bucks and it will alst you for a LONG TIME I still ahvent beaten it.... its a great sim racer if your into that...)

other games i dont ahve weve got resident evil online and onimusha 1 and 2..... need for speed hot persuit II is coming out and thats gonan be col, not a port totally remade and everything....

Lets just say this, if you were to get the ps2, You'd be crazy to get jsut ONE game there are soo many awsome titles out there for it... Ive got 15 games... and I plan to get alot more this fall.... trust me its worth it!!

(but then again Im 16 and I ahve time to play it more than adults would most likely) I get ALOT of use out of it....

IMO GTA 3 is an awesome game on the PC & I am looking forward to Vice City for the PC also though we may have to wait a little while for it..

You also get to ride bikes & a review I read said you get to get on your bike with your woman on the back..hopefully he means 'chopper'..man that would be fun to escape from the cops on..lol

I think I'd jsut be funny to see the fishtale manuver pulled on the motorcycle.... the police car knocking you off....
