AMD game fix?

For anyone who has had problems such as lateral motion lag and stuttering/jerkiness in games, with opengl, on their AMD systems, try running the opengl with enhanced cpu instructions disabled. This is a drop down option in opengl settings.
Had often wondered if there was a conflict with the mmx/sse/3dnow! cpu instructions, and the games being confused by it all. Now everything is very smooth.
Wish I had tried this a loooooooooong time ago.
Credit goes to Omega, of Omega Nvidia driver fame...

Hi Blakhart,

Is this a constant jerkiness? or an occasional stutter? I have an occasional jerkiness / stutter but I have everything (screen res, details, etc) max'ed out.
