Question GF4 ti 4200 64mb vs. 128 mb (ahhh)

Gainward geforce 4 TI 4200 64 mb vs. 128 mb
I am sure this question is asked all the time but I need to figure this out. The manufactorer most likely would be gainward. Now on the site it says the 64 is faster. Why is that and what purposes does a 128 serve .

Why-> The 64MB version has faster memory
Purpose of 128-> later games where maybe 64mb ain't enough

You may be able to find a manufacturer that uses fast mem on the 128. Or save the dough and get the 4400. All are 128MB's and use faster memory than either 4200.

I've followed this issue closely. Would like to get Ge4 Ti soon. Unless prices change a bunch, I'm leaning toward a Gainward Ti 4200 64 MB, which I'll overclock to be nearly as fast as the 4600 with a decent $ savings.
