Yup, both ATi and nVidia will not fully support DX 9.1 with even their next generation of cards.
Though I'm curious to know why this person made the statement "In order to better understand what will happen with DirectX 9 you have to consider that both the RADEON 9700 Pro and NV30, are called DirectX 9.1 hardware." When ATi, as far as I have seen, clearly states 9.0 support... |
