creating slideshow VCD's ?

Trying to create slideshows on CDR's. I want to send them as gifts so they can be viewed on DVD players. Using EZ CD Creator Platinum 5 everything seems to be going well, but nothing can be viewed on any players when finished. The music that is in MP3 format can be played and that is all. Is it because my pictures are in JPEG format? If so, how do I change the format and to what? Thanks Guys..

Hi,

I am not familiar with EZ CD Creator, but I would recommend that you use VCDeasy (www.vcdeasy.org). It is freeware and a very good VCD/SVCD authoring tool. On the website I mentioned you can download it and you will also find tutorials there and on www.vcdhelp.com

Just downloaded VCD Easy and it looks VCD Hard. Going to check out the tutorials now. The program is telling me that my ASPI isnt going to work. Did you have to download something special?

Hi,

depends on your operating system. Win9x comes with ASPI, Win2K/XP does not come with ASPI. You need to download the ASPI drivers. . or update the ASPI drivers. There is a link on the vcdeasy.org website.
