can anyone recommend a good card that has s-video and composite in, and the same going out. preferably one that the output to tv is in color. agp or pci, it really doesn't matter. looking for something under $200. thanks in advance

Take a look at an All-in-Wonder Radeon 7500 or 8500DV. It has all that and more.

Pinnacle Studio AV. No TV tuner there, it is an analog video capture board and better than any TV card or graphics card/TV combo. The card has composite and S-video in- and outputs and it comes with Studio 7 or even Studio 8 (good video editing software).
