Question Best Headset/Mic setup?

Since this deals directly with gaming, I thought thtat this would go in here... If not, please move me to where I should put it. 8v)

I've got a customer who into IL-2 in a bad way... and he's having troubles with his headset & mic, so he wants me to find him the not-quite-best one on the market....

Any suggestions as to which one I should get him, or where to look for reviews of them?

Thanks!!!

This appears to be a nice set to check into.

Well, in a bad way, I mean he hooked, addicted, and spends about 72 hours a week playing it. 8v)

headset

onemorebyte,
I to have gotten "hooked" to flying in WWll.
I think the biggest problem with the headset issue, isn't the hardware but the software.
This is the ave. response I have gotten when asking about what to use:
There is a voice chat facility included in the game (not very good I'm afraid and hard on your system performance). There are also a number of 3rd party utilities for voice chat. Among the more popular ones are RogerWilco, Battlecom, Teamspeak, Teamsound and Gamevoice. A search on google will turn up download addresses for most of these.
I hope this helps you some
