smokin buy a new video card

Hey
I am thinking about buying a new video card.I only want to play a game,Red Faction (a FirstPersonShooter).
But I have P2 333Mhz 192 SDRAM ..with SiS 6326. And I only get about 5 FPS.
I used to get about 30 FPS with P4 1.3Ghz 128 RDRAM ..with TNT2 32mb card.
What graphics card should i buy to get at least 20-30 FPS...on this P2 system?I am thinking VisionTek Xtasy GeForce4 MX 420 64MB.Will i be able to get good pictures?I worry if P2 will be a bottleneck
I have 40 bucks now.(doh!)not willing to spend more than 100.

Well... if you're gonna go GeForce, avoid the MX cards, they will just add another bottleneck.

The P2 will be a bottleneck - a high end video card won't be able to really do its job. However, almost anything would be better than that SiS card, even a TNT2 M64. Do you have an AGP slot or are you PCI only?

Maybe an ATi 7500 would do you some good.

A GeForce4 MX will perform about the same as a GeForce 2, that's what it's based on.
